While all closing documents must be signed in front of a Georgia attorney, we understand that you may be nervous about coming to our office to sign a large stack of papers. Staying home is the best way to practice safe social distancing, after all!
So if you’d rather not visit our office for closing, there are options.
- Name an attorney-in-fact! If and whenever possible, we’d love to conduct your closing with someone here in our office acting as your attorney-in-fact. Let us do the work for you and you can stay safely at home!
- Close virtually! In limited circumstances, we may be able to handle your closing over Zoom and you can sign your closing documents from the comfort of your own home!
Everyone’s health and safety are a priority, and we will happily work with you to find a way to close comfortably.
