Stephen A. Harlan

Stephen’s experience extends to all facets of the real estate transaction. From reviewing and resolving title issues to representing buyers, sellers, lenders and investors, Stephen’s breadth of experience is recognized and respected throughout the Atlanta real estate industry. Having personally closed over 6,000 transactions, there are few closing attorneys in Atlanta with Stephen’s experience.

Stephen is also a regular speaker at real estate investment seminars throughout the country, and has been featured at Kris Kirschner’s Autopilot Complete Real Estate boot camps, Don DeRosa’s Investor Bonanzas, and at the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association.

Stephen is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, The Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association, and The Georgia Real Estate Investors Association.

John J. Dipietro
John J. DiPietro was born in Oneonta, New York. Admitted to the bar, 1986, New York. Education: Villanova University (B.S., Accounting, 1982); Hofstra University School of Law (J.D., 1984). Email: jddipietro@harlan-law.com.

John has extensive experience in working with real estate investors and has personally built, developed and owned properties in New York, Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Florida. He has worked in the title industry since 1980, and has served as General Counsel for numerous builders, banks, and real estate development companies. His experience and expertise extends to all aspects of the real estate transaction.

John also serves as a member-at-large of the City of Johns Creek Zoning Board of Appeals, and is a member of the State Bar of New York.
